About AWTE

AWTE Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation aimed at supporting and developing the careers of women in the travel industry in Ireland. Through our network and series of events, mentorship programmes and online forums we aim to empower, encourage and educate our members.

AWTE Ireland hosts a series of events throughout the year to cater for different needs, tastes and times of the day. Whether you like to network in a group to gain confidence or on a one-to-one basis with like-minded women to gain inspiration, AWTE events have something for everyone.

Become a member of the AWTE to help develop your knowledge and skills, network with like-minded professionals and participate in our programme of events that run throughout the year. We offer differing levels of membership based on your business needs.

A The AWTE is a fantastic organsiation that has helped me professionally and personally, it’s so good to network and be involved with like-minded women in our great industry

“The committee is very enthusiastic and I have great admiration for them all. I would have no hesitation in sponsoring a future AWTE event.”

Cathy BurkeGeneral Manager, Travel Counsellors Ireland

”This sponsorship was a new venture for Dublin Airport as partner to the AWTE wellness challenge.  It was a great opportunity for us to support our travel colleagues in the industry as we return to business, and also to promote the choice of destinations served directly from Dublin Airport in a uniquely memorable way.  The weekly prizes from Dublin Airport Travel Services and The Loop definitely kept us all motivated as we travelled around the world albeit virtually!”
