Clare Dunne

Clare began her travel career with Aer Lingus in 1979 and since then has experienced many aspects of the travel business. She established her own independent travel company The Travel Broker in 1994, providing corporate, leisure and incentive travel services to a wide range of customers, in Ireland and abroad, offline and online. She has also developed and taught several ‘what do travel agents do?’  introductory courses for job seekers.

Clare has served as President of Network Ireland both in Dublin and nationally. She served as President of ITAA from 2012-2014. Clare is currently a member of the board of ITAA, on the committee of Clontarf Business Association and on the Advisory Board of Travel Centres. She is also an active member of Dublin Chamber of Commerce and North Dublin Business Network.

Lorraine is a results-focused, commercially astute business leader, with extensive experience gained with major brands across the cruise and travel sectors. Highly innovative, with the ability to inject pace and enthusiasm through excellent leadership skills combined with a passion for customer experience, sales and building sound and effective commercial partnerships.

Lorraine is passionate about learning and development personally and professionally. She has also been the Chairperson of the Visit USA committee and is a founding committee member of the Travel Fun Day charity initiative.

Yvonne Muldoon

Yvonne has over 20 years’ experience within the aviation industry. Yvonne commenced her career with Aer Lingus working in several departments such as Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management.

After 7 years she moved to Continental Airlines as Corporate Sales Manager Ireland and within 2 years took over as Country Manager Ireland & Northern Ireland. Yvonne spearheaded the seamless delivery of the Continental/United merger and led the Atlantic Joint Venture in Ireland.

Yvonne was headhunted to join the leading car rental aggregator, Car Trawler, where she was Head of Business Development for Transport. In 2016, Yvonne re-joined Aer Lingus as Director of Sales – Europe.

Dympna has over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, having previously worked for Mary Murphy Travel and managed Budget Travelshop in Cork.

Dympna is currently the Branch Manager of Lee Travel in Ballincollig and is our eyes and ears on the ground when it comes to the Munster region.

In addition to managing our Munster events, Dympna is responsible for our membership growth in Cork and surrounding areas.

Martina has over 20 years’ experience working in the travel industry in sales and partnership roles and has worked in Sunway Travel, Aer Lingus, Air France KLM and Travelport. In her current role as Country Sales Manager for United Airlines Ireland and Northern Ireland, Martina is responsible for meeting and ideally exceeding revenue targets and building relationships with Irish based travel trade partners and companies such as Salesforce, Facebook and Google.

Before joining United Airlines in 2017, Martina worked in Travelport Digital as a Senior Regional Account and Project Manager helping travel brands and airlines grow their revenue and drive engagement through mobile channels. Throughout her 20-year career, Martina’s roles have always been in either travel or travel technology.

Theresa Murphy

Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry. Her interest in travel started when she spent some time living in France, followed by a four-month overland trip through Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She began her career with Air France, in the Finance Department in London. She then went on to join the team at Heathrow Airport, gaining experience in all aspects of passenger handling before transferring to Dublin Airport as Air France Station Co-Ordinator.

From there, Teresa moved into sales and her current role is Leisure Account Manager for Air France KLM and Delta Air Lines, using her extensive knowledge and experience to secure and increase Air France KLM and Alliance partners’ revenue and market share.

She works with a portfolio of trade partners, including travel agents, tour operators, airports and tourist boards. Teresa is always open to self-development and uses passion, energy, communication skills and creativity on a daily basis to help her to reach her professional and personal goals.
